Review summary

excellent first time cruise experience. Great had lot of fun in sun we will do it again, Great staff and service, Food was great, Mexican food was excellent

Somehow one of our bag lost its tag and we had to wait and look for it, At same time guest service lines were so long and no one could assist with the problem.

Excellent service at all the levels very friendly crew. Need to add some more help for guest service every time we walked by there was big lines.

Best place to be. Nicely arranged and lot of fun, Ocean water was like swimming pool. We did pedal boarding and floater bicycle.

Long lines at the end. Need to inform guest before hand about downloading app and short lines. That would have been helpful.

So nice when your first cruise is a happy experience. Planning the next can be just as exciting no matter this year, or three years down the road. Welcome to cruising!
