Review summary

Chef's Table, and island excursions.  Steakhouse restaurant was extremely good.  Staff was wonderful.  Ship was just okay.  Bubbles program was a joke.  Had to go to a bar to get a soda.  If a soda was requested with a meal there was charge.  Soda was from a can,  you only got a glass full and they used open cans from previous customers which often time was flat.  Even if I paid $3 a soda, in 8 days I would have spent less than the $55 charged.  You need to improve this program.  Take a look at other cruise lines, they are better.  The buffet food was less than good.  Poor quality.  The main dining room food was better but not the same quality as other cruise lines.  Our servers and hotel staff were magnificent.  The main theatre show was not very good.  Singers were not very talented.  Shows on other cruise lines are a lot better.  This will be my one and only Carnival cruise.  Royal Carribean and Holland America put your line to shame.

We are going to take our 10th Carnival cruise in April. We have never had a bad experience. Some were better than others, but the vacation is what you make it.

I will be going on my 3rd Carnival cruise in September! I'm soo excited! We have had a blast each and every time! We purchased the Bottomless Bubble on our first cruise, but realized we don't drink enough sodas or juice for the price. On our next cruise, we purchased different types of juices (allowed 12 each) and brought them on board. That works out better for us. We plan to do the same in September. We still had so much fun either way! 😀

What ship were you on

When a profile hasn't any cruises listed, it doesn't mean the person didn't cruise however the post lacks validity in my opinion. Also most, not all, negative posts generally do not reflect my experience on Carnival Cruises Lines. Often life it's what you make of it, vacations included. Waiting for my next relaxation and adventure in June on the Pride out of B'More!

There was no way I experienced that same thing about the Bubbles program on the Conquest, or ever on Carnival, and we are Platinum so have been on many Carnival cruises. There has never been a charge at dinner if you order soda and show your card. $3 a soda for 8 days at that charge is less than 3 sodas a day. Its a joke that you bought the Bubbles program in the first place. Have never had a flat soda either. Food is good and shows aren't bad either. Sorry you had such a bad time. Maybe you would be happier with the snooty, older crowd on Holland America and Royal

Just got off MSC Divina, can of soda or juice 15 for $30. Worth it
