Review summary

Even though I had a great experience I noticed many parts of the ship in need of updating.  Paint chipping off in many areas, color schemes out of date, broken deck chairs, dirty ceiling tiles.

Grand Turk was beautiful, however, I was disappointed that access to the actual town was unavailable without a costly taxi ride.

I will cruise Carnival again!!

They were actually painting parts of the main pool and sanding down and sealing the seats around the main pool when we were getting off on Thursday. They are always fixing, cleaning, etc. I didn't notice any broken chairs.

I saw them painting the blue trim right at the door on deck 9. I didnt care. They are trying to keep things nice. Sea weather on a ship wears them out. Even a new one goes down fast.

I am glad I don't have to try and keep everything perfect on something as big as one of those ships. I think they do a great job consideration that they are always on the move. every time we cruise they are constantly cleaning and fixing something. You don't want them painting around were you are because the paint they have to use is very toxic.

I only have seen chipping of paint in some areas, but it doesn't concern us. These ships are out to sea daily, weekly ,all the time. But glad you enjoy Carnival 😆
