Review summary

This was our second cruise with Carnival and it was amazing! The ports we went to were great and diverse. The cruise itself was awesome and the staff were always friendly and helpful. We had a great time and would definitely suggest this cruise to others. Aruba was our favorite port on this cruise with Dominican Republic being our second. Hope you enjoy yours as well!

We went to la romana without an excursion booked and we got off the ship and right back on in ten minutes. You have to venture outside the port area to experience anything as far as we saw. They had some sort of trolley but we didn't ask about it. Maybe other people had better experiences?

What did you like at la Romana. what did you do there if you don't mind my asking. all the excursions look so expensive.
