Review summary

My experience over all was fine. But was very disappointed at first they confiscate one of my luggage because they said we alcohol. When opening my luggage no alcohol was found. And they even did not apologize. Very unprofessional.

Yes it was locked. With the kind if lock customs can open.

Kelly was your bag locked if it's not locked they just remove it and send the bag up

They didn't do that with mine. They just took steamer out and sent my bags up.

Kelly if you lock your bag they will call you down to a room to open it in front of them before they inspect it and that takes a lot longer than leaving your bag unlocked if they suspect you're smuggling something
