Review summary
This was my first cruise and I was extremely impressed and would recommend a cruise vacation to anyone! The Carnival Conquest was a beautiful ship and the staff went out of their way to make us feel like valued guest and to accommodate our needs. Including cute towel animals and the "Fun Times" that tell you what will be happening the next day (read it!).
The food and entertainment was fabulous and the ports that we traveled to were beautiful! They had food available at any time and offered multiple different options; from a buffet, Guys Burger Joint, a taco/burrito bar, pizza, 24 hour ice cream, and of course, the mail dining hall with wonderful options and a little bit of entertainment every evening! I highly reommend the chocolate melting cake for dessert. :o)
Doing the exotic western Caribbean cruise was an amazing experience and there were so many things that you could do at each port that it was difficult to narrow it down. We decided on a couple of shore excursions and had a wonderful time laying on the beach in Cozumel, snorkeling in Belize, enjoy a private island with exotic wildlife in Honduras, and dancing with dolphins and playing with Sting Rays in the Grand Cayman. Amazing!

Ship tip
If you do "My Time Dining", it is less crowded earlier. You want to be in and eating around 7pm because the servers do some entertainment that you won't want to miss! Save room in your suitcase, they provide a Carnival beach towel. Also, read the evening Fun Times they put in your room! :)
