It was fun! We had a great time! The entertainment was good, especially the love and marriage show with Lee and family. Feud was funny, and the comedians were great! The ship is brand new in fine, the elevator area and elevators are slow and packed and I think they missed that in the planning process !!

We had a cove balcony and after they cleaned one day, there was water standing in our balcony and would not drain. They had to bring towels and sop it up , or a wet vac or something. After calling, we came back and it was cleared out. I don’t understand why they don’t have drains. That was a snafu, apparently! Maybe they will fix it. The cabin was smaller than the other ships, but similar to the Mardi Gras, obviously. They did fix the toilet paper position, anyway. But it’s not as comfortable as some of the older ships. They must be using different mattresses.
Ship tip
I get a cabin on a floor that is close to 6, 7 and 8. The Havana area is a good location on the ship. I don’t think the Havana area is worth the money except for the location. The elevators are so packed that you really need to be on one of those floors so you can just go up and down the stairs. The only time we took an elevator was going up to Windjammer or solarium.
Been here twice and the first time we went to the beach and got a free chair near the back, a little away from the water, but it was fine. We went out and floated for a while. My friend snorkeled off the small wooden dock area. We did the sky ride one day. The next time we went we just went to fat Tuesdays and have a drink and watched people dance. We walked through some shops, and got back on the ship.
To build off your tip. I was on floor 9 at the back of the ship and thought it was perfect . Right below pig and anchor and the back pool / hot tubs . Back elevators also are not as busy
