Cruise was great, feral youths are not by Halford2wo

Loved this room! Purposely picked the Deck 5 Cove Balcony because I wanted to be closer to the water line. The added benefit are steel bulkhead walls for better privacy. The best part is because of the location. You're under the lifeboats so you can see so much better than the higher decks which are recessed into the ship.

Loved this cabin. Was like midship and everything was close to get to. If we go on again, would love to have same cabin again.

Had cove balcony 5331. Room and smaller on the bigger ships. Bathroom is tiny and the door is very heavy and swings out. Not a lot of room on the balcony

Inaugural Cruise Miami Departure by katj

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Carnival Celebration

As a soli traveler, I had plenty of room in this fireard facing balcony stateroom. The bathroom is a tight squeeze but functional with glass shower door. The balcony view was disappointing. I expected water views but it looks out onto the deck below. The balcony partition is paneled not clear glass. It's smaller than expected to be called extended. It has to chair's and a table. The lights are keyboard controlled. If you like a dark room, the keycard needs to be removed for the always on bathroom light to turn off but this of course also turns the air off which they seem to turn off at a certain time anyway causing the room to get hot and sleep slightly uncomfortable.
