Interesting you had such a hard time. My wife and I disembarked on 1st of February and we basically went upstairs had the breakfast buffet and waited until they called all the decks and waited just a little bit longer and was able to walk off the ship. The new facial recognition for people with passports is phenomenal. We were out of there in like 15 minutes. I guess the secret is don't be in a hurry and don't sweat the small stuff.
