Spending time with my wife traveling to beautiful locations is a great time. Being able to relax and not worry about the logistic of traveling, room and board once we boarded the ship is something that I always enjoy.
The ship staff on the Breeze were very friendly and treated us very well. Our room steward Fazaun was fantastic, so were the two head waiters Yaco and Putu. There was also a multitude of things to do when out to sea along with some great food. When you include this with stops and excursions in beautiful places, it makes for a very relaxing and revitalizing time. Time well spent..
Ship experiences
Food and Dining

Sad to see that the T-bone steak and lobster tail now cost additional on a cruise. But otherwise very happy with the food from breakfast to dinner. We enjoyed the variety of food that was offered not only at dinner, but lunch as well.
Onboard Activities

The ship had plenty of amenities to keep you entertained whether indoors or out. It was sad to see that the movie theater cost additional.

Happy with the cabin as it was an Ocean view and was very comfortable for two of us. The only down side was all the engine noise pulling into ports early as we were on a lower level aft and must have been closer to the engine room then expected.
Ship tip
The Carnival Breeze was a very nice well kept ship. The staff were friendly, helpful and made us feel very comfortable.
The port is beautiful and we enjoyed the wildlife we saw during our excursion. You see that Roatan has lots of natural beauty, and we enjoyed the ride from the port to the location of the wildlife sanctuary. But, you come away from seeing the country side of Roatan with a realization of fortune that you have what you have as there is certainly some poverty. It made us grateful.
On this trip we snorkeled and the snorkel crew were great. However, if you do this particular excursion you do not get the chance to go on the mainland of Belize.
The gentlemen running the hi flying zip lines were great. They were very friendly and you could tell they were happy to have us there. The zip lining its self was a lot of fun. I would like to see a bigger course and even longer. But it was worth it.
If you get a chance to snorkel or scuba and are interested in that form of entertainment you should. The water if phenomenal and the fish are very colorful. You do not have to travel a long distance either. We snorkeled right off the shore.
