I believe Khan would need to do a better job on paying the personnel on the ship.
Embarkation

Over all good but there are some items that needs to be address.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
It was great until I saw the majority of the same food being served from the fine dinning room on the buffet line as well. I would think the fine dining room would have exclusive food items.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
There were many activities to choose from to do on board I have or we attended the comedy show and several other shows on the cruise ship but mainly stayed in the casino.
Entertainment

Service and Staff
5 out of 5
The services were a 5 stars, However, it was shocking to find out that these individuals are not paid a salary. Their funding comes strictly from the guests on board so if you do not tip each and every individual personnel that assist you they don’t necessarily get paid. Plus they have to pay for their round-trip ticket on the cruise from where the coming from until the time for them to go back to the country. This is shameful for Carnaval. At the end of the cruise we noticed a $97 gratuity charge on both of our bills. This gratuity charge supposed to go to the staff. It is broken up and divided evenly allegedly.
Ship Quality

Yes
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
The cabin was excellent. The only thing I change is to never stay on the second floor or the third floor and definitely not the first floor. Too much noise from the engine department we was at the front of the ship.
Ship tip
Book your reservations early. Stay above the third floor. Preferably in the middle of the ship. Buy your items liquor souvenir towards the last day of the ship for better prices. Bring your soft drinks on the ship.
Totally wrong on the pay structure and it makes no sense to expect all the same food on the buffet as in the MDR...a lot of items don't lend themselves to a buffet. Fake news
The food in the dining room and buffet is often the same on many cruise lines. They usually have more choices at the buffet than in the dining room. It’s just a choice as to whether you prefer to be served or eat at the buffet. The food from the specialty dining rooms is generally not included on the buffet.
So the food was great until you realized they serve the same thing on the buffet and MDR? Duh, you have a choice to eat in at your convenience, quickly and without getting dressed up for dinner. Should they not feed you as well if you choice that option? Weirdest complaint ever...
