Food and Dining

Main buffet on the lido was the same everyday, not too much variety. We did not go to the specialty restaurants too expensive. Best areas to eat were on Deck 10 near the beach pool, Guy's Burger Joint and the Blue Cantina. The pizza pirate was okay, a little salty pizza. They began after the 2nd day cutting the pizzas in half by serving them as 2 slices instead of 1, if you wanted a whole pizza had to take 2 plates or order a special pizza. The Deli shop in the Marketplace was also good to eat at, good sandwiches. The desserts were good. They were serving the bacon for breakfast(3 slice limit) never experienced this before at an all you can eat buffet. There late night buffet called Late night snacks, were not what you would call snacks. Items would be vegetables, salad bar, rolls, slice meat of the day, soup. Not late night snack items. Room service after 10pm was a charge $5 for a sandwich or pizza, the milk, lemonade, tea, and coffee became $2 each, when it's basically free. If you aren't that tired, get up go get it yourself because the pizza pirate is 24 hours or get it before you go to your stateroom. That being said there is a charge for every single item after 10pm for room service( used to be completely free). Ice cream (Swirls) another best item, 24 hours. The main dining room was basic bland food, not all items were free. They work too hard for your tips, dancing around on tables and in the isles while you are eating, the desserts were bland, over done lava cake, just overall mediocre food.
Onboard Activities

The pools(only 2), were always over crowded. The only way to get in the pool or hot tub was early in the morning to mid day or on port days. If not this you would never experience these areas, the game areas were regular, very windy while ship sailed so limited activities were available.
Entertainment

Great shows, this is a must to past the time, only down fall is planning ahead. If you do not plan your activities ahead and map your time out, there would be no room for you to participate. All the decks were full no where to sit to view a movie. Key to this is to have someone in your party to go early(half hour or more) save seats and you will be able to enjoy.
Service and Staff
3 out of 5
Same on all cruise ships, they do what they assigned jobs are. I did not like some of the dining room staff, strange people. The ones that picked up the plates in the buffet hovered over you, ready to pounce, waiting around while you ate, staring.
Ship Quality

Design is okay, same as all cruise ships. Areas appeared clean.
Cabin / Stateroom

Roomy, jacuzzi tub(did not use jets), worth the money if you like to have room to move around. Loved the dual sinks in the bathroom. Two large closets, large mirrors. Basic cleaning, tub, sinks and carpet vacuumed along with your bed made. You had the option of 2 times a day for cleaning.
Ship tip
Plan your activities, plan to go early at least half hour or so for good seats. Don't order room service after 10 pm, unless you are willing to pay for each individual item. Best meals Guy's Burger Joint and Blue Cantina, make sure you read the itinerary every evening when you return to your stateroom, the times for available dining and were would be on there. They always were open on time and closed on time. It will be a little work but enjoy you cruise.
Loved, loved, loved. Definitely can visit here. Took a tour offered on the street for 15pp. About an hour and a half. Stopped to take pics during. Also we ate empanadas and beans and rice $16, $18 with tip, very good. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about his country and entertaining.
Maybe try smaller ships, middle of summer on a ship carrying 4700 passengers it gets busy. Specialty dining worth the cost. Steakhouse 4 course for 38 i do not think it is expensive. Main land a decent chop house will cost you a 100 pp. You can download app before boarding and connect when you arrive. You can everything, map of ship. Time of shows. Menu of the dining room. If they take any pictures you can review and purchase them thru the app if you wish too. Review your spending etc. I love their app, i do not purchase internet reason to cruise is to disconnect but i still know what happening on the ship and organize my activities. With this many people on yeah you will need to arrive 30 min to reserve seats to shows and if you wish to watch the move under the stars. But hey you are on vacation you have nothing else to do just enjoy. :)
