We brought our own luggage on board so it was a fast and easy embarkation. Arrived a little late so wasn't able to take advantage of the lunch buffet.

Good selection of food. My older grandson liked that he got to try something unusual every night in the main dining room; ox tongue, escargot, alligator. My youngest grandson loved the ice cream available anytime and the Guy burgers. The buffet is great if you are in a hurry.

Entertainment was good. The ship staff was very enthusiastic. I was surprised that there was additional cost for a couple of shows.

Once you got familiar with the layout it was very easy to get around. Common areas were kept clean all the time.
Cabin / Stateroom

Size was great for 4, cabin was kept clean. Had your choice of morning or evening clean up. Beds were not very comfortable. Loved the room with a view.

Listen to the announcements, look at the schedule for the next day and plan what you would like to do. Actually good for any cruise ship
We did the Catamaran snorkel excursion and it was excellent. Boat was clean, staff was wonderful, fun and concerned about guests comfort and safety. Spaghetti legs, who was once married to Pamela Anderson, was very entertaining.
We did the Hacienda Tour. Loved it. The kids liked it too. Bus ride outside the city to the 2000 acre plantation. Saw the grounds, buildings, animals and learned the history of the area.
Had to cancel the miniature Hummer excursion. We didn't have enough licensed drivers. Spent time at the beach which was walking distance from the ship. Had a few tropical rain showers.
