The entertainment the wait staff room steward they all help make it memorable couldn't ask for more friendly people..the medical staff I just wanna say I'm really ashamed and disappointed how we were treated..we had an emergency with my moms oxygen machine and the lady I talked to acted like she didn't want to help..the guest services could of helped a little better instead of making us wait 4 dats for a fridge....

So we ( me and my mom) were in cabin 2362 I loved everything about our cabin
.it was comfortable...clean the right size for 2 people..my only really complaint is we did not have a fridge for almost 4 days..I called guest services all the time to get someone to let them know our fridge was not working..all I got was we will look into it..but no one did until day 4 we went to out room steward and he got it for us..how can you let someone go 4 days with no fridge we had water and soda and couldn't keep it cold..
We had a problem getting my moms oxygen tanks from ship...guest services on ship told me they were placed out off the ship..when we went to go get them we had to wait another 25 minutes or longer because they were nowhere to be found..finally they located them still on ship..
