Service and Staff

Lorenzo, our cabin steward, was excellent. He was very courteous and prompt with his service. Udaya and his staff in the Sapphire dining room were also excellent. They were very pleasant, friendly and attentive to requests.

Not so good. It was very backed up and slow. We noticed that there was only one person at each of the two doors that was checking people out.
