Review summary

Christmas at Sea was a unique and fun experience. I would recommend trying it at least once. I don't feel that it provided more than a normal cruise although the price was doubled.

The buffet food was mediocre and the lines were long. Oftentimes there was only one or two lines open. The breakfast buffet was the same the entire cruise. It only offered pork sausage as the meat. The main dining room food was good. However, it seemed to lack variety in vegetable options for sides.

My daughter was not fond of the staff in the teen center (12-14). Commented they were very rude and demanding.

Service was good, however, we didn't meet our room steward until the 4th day! He was very pleasant though.

The layout was good. The ship was for the most part clean and well maintained. There were often a lot of plates and glasses on tables and walkways. The shipped seemed understaffed.
