Review summary

The ports were great . I'm a platinum member and don't remember being in such crowded conditions. Waiting everywhere. Our handicapped cabin was to sleep 4, we had 3 and 2 scooters. Too small. Bathroom set up poorly with not enough room for the 3 of us to put our things. No shelves like usual.

Embarkation

Seemed to be longer than usual.

Not true, the handicap accessible bathrooms don't have the shelves like the others. O personally felt throat the Breezebrooms were smaller as well. And as far as getting separated from your group, well blame them not the cruise line

Cabins are a lil tight...

Troll alert. There's no way you're a platinum member saying the things you are in this review.

You should have requested assistance when booking then you would have had a Carnival rep escort you with your party through the entire embarkation process. Also don’t take anything for granted you should have asked Carnival, before you booked if the room could hold 3 scooters, is there a medicine cabinet, is there a fridge, etc. Let’s not blame the cruise folks if you did a poor job of planning and not asking questions

The only time we did not have shelves in a bathroom was when there was a medicine cabinet. This was a handicap cabin, large and on the Triumph. I can see folks getting separated in Galveston.... sorry that happened. To me, it can be chaos, but the port people are so nice. We are not handicapped, but when we booked our cabin, we were told that we could be bumped if someone came along and needed it. Wondering what happened there.... our's was also for 3 ppl. One would think the Breeze would offer the same set up.

We had shelves also. Have never seen a bathroom without them.

I was just on the Breeze in September and there were 4 shelves in the bathrooms. Not sure why there wouldn’t be shelves in your bathroom?
