Review summary

It was a nice break from the iffy weather of Florida although our ship days were coudy and rainy. The ship was clean and comfortable. The Lido menu for lunch was always almost exactly the same. Lines at Guys burgers were long. Most of the passengers were from the mid west or Canada...and a handful of New Yorkers.

The frequent cruisers were vying for platinum or diamon status....many take 4 or 5 cruises a year.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Lunch was a challenge as it seemed always the same except for chocolate day

Onboard Activities

Wish they actually had a singles get together... Commedians were quite good but room for them was too small....long lines

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Ben in the piano bar was funny and tragic at the same time. He does 5 or six shots per show and gets wasted every night. Same music same jokes. He will need a serious detox someday.

Cabin / Stateroom

Very nice, clean and well maintained. Low mid ship cabin will little ocean roll when we hit bad weather.

Ship tip

Feedback on excursions was mixed. Make sure you check before you buy. In Antigua they toured the airport as part of a top ten things to do tour....and took them to local spots not on iteniary where people asled for $1 to take a photo.

This new port has all the ambiance of the inside of an airline terminal. There was no Carribean flavor. I stayed a short while and returned. It would have been helpful to have a one page summary of what was there to do as I could not attend all port briefings and this is new.
