We made friends with some people we met here at a Meet and Greet and spent much time in here with them during the cruise.

Our second night there our server was reprimanded for speaking Spanish to a relative of ours to better accommodate his order due to a language barrier. If this is going to improve customer service why would that be a problem when you have travelers who speak different languages. If anything that would attract more travelers and give great ratings for customer service and relations. Also there was no customer service, last nite when we went for wings and it was 11pm when closing time was 12am. No Bueno!!

The manager, a male with glasses was extremely rude to one of his staff members for speaking Spanish to a family member who spoke Spanish to better accommodate order. The last night at sea we arrived with a party of 5 at 11pm to sit and order food and have a few drinks and the same rude manager told us they were not serving food anymore in a very rude manner. He simply stated we only have plantain chips and the kitchen was closed. When asked about the reason why it said serving is done at 12midnight and it was only 11pm he didn’t acknowledge anyone and the staff told us they were no longer serving. His whole demeanor was extremely rude and we all felt it was unnecessary.

Great Happy Hour prices with their Fishbowls and Pitchers. Super way to start out the cruise.

This is a really cute area, we came down to grab a drink and relax after doing some trivia. We didn’t order any food, but we will next time. We honestly didn’t know you could order food here until we sat down.

Loved the coconut shrimp.

Greatest bar tenders on the ship. Just awesome people always knew what we wanted always knew our name. We had a blast in there. Awesome live music and fun games to mess around with.

For our first trip, it was Epic

Another one of my favs Hubby and I had appetizers here and OMG they are the best! Coconut Shrimp, Conch Fritters, Jerk Chicken Wings and fries amazing.
