As premier casino guests which we’ve been before I thought wasn’t very good. Cheap gifts in our room and not many premier only events in the casino. A few nice perks but not as many as the last time.

Food and Dining

Main dinning room was super slow. 45 mins for drinks and 2-1/2hrs to complete dinner is uncalled for. Food quality was good just the same stuff as always. Buffets for breakfast were super busy the food quality could definitely get an upgrade.
Redfrog Pub

Greatest bar tenders on the ship. Just awesome people always knew what we wanted always knew our name. We had a blast in there. Awesome live music and fun games to mess around with.
Onboard Activities

Pool was always packed with screaming and splashing kids with no control from the parents. So many people in the pool the water was so dirty couldn’t see the bottom. Ropes course was fun. Mini golf was okay.
Entertainment

Stage shows not that good. They need to change it up. We’ve seen the same show countless time on other ships. Djs were great and the performers in the bars and lobby were excellent
Service and Staff

Waiters in MDR were really slow. Room stewards were great. Bar tenders were awesome
Ship Quality

Ships layout and design is the same as many other carnival ships. Most areas were clean and well maintained but if you looked hard enough there’s was a ton of dust everywhere. Ship really needs a good cleaning
Cabin / Stateroom

Standard balcony room. Seemed a little smaller then usual. Bed was great and kids beds were good too
Walked around old San Juan. Disgusting place! Homeless sleeping all over the streets begging for money. Could care less if we ever stopped there again.
We rented a golf cart right outside of the port. Drove the hole island and had a blast. There’s no need to go all the way to the light house at the other end of the island. Waist of time it’s tiny and nothing to see there. Beach’s were awesome
Worst and longest time we’ve ever had getting off the ship. It’s my understanding that there was a few people that had to get arrested coming off the ship so I think that’s why it slowed the process down
