Very clean, well run, friendly staff, easy to get around

Very clean ship with excellent service. We thought the food was at best average, especially in the dining rooms.

need better assortment of gify buyiong in boitiques- the same items were shown all the time, not like the Carribean goodies

Great family vacation! Food was great, shows wonderful, ship was immaculate and the staff was friendly and warm. We had a fabulous time!

Price for everything, Sales and spending. Bar Bills, Buy photos, Even buy map with ship navigation for that cruise. Price of cruise is minor in comparison with additional costs.

Stylish, immaculate

A little challenging at times finding my way around. On holiday so what is the big deal if I have to go down and up a floor or two... exerise doesn't hurt. Missed the promenade shopping area of the Navigator of the sea (Royal Line)but the quality of the food more than made up for that. Enjoyed the promenade track for walking and sunsets and benches etc. Nice old time look and feel. The movies under the stars and while soaking in the sun was nice sometimes but such a nice quiet aft area too. Just completely enjoyed!!!

We have heard about Princess being the best for years, This was our first, and it was not any better than any of the other lines that I have cruised.

This was our 4th or 5th time on this ship. The carpets need some attention but overall the ship is kept up beautifully. We will be back.

No WOW! factor. Tenders were poorly organized. Misinformation given out.

Beautiful ship with very nice crew. Could use newer pool towels. Other than that, no real complaiints. Fun entertainment too!

The entertainment was not that good. They did not have enough seats to accomodate the guests, so they repeated the show over a few nights.

The ships staff played a tremendous part in making this cruise great. They were always receptive to request and they were so helpful. The staff were curtious and professional. They seemed to really enjoy their jobs and had a lot of fun doing their jobs.

From embarkment to disembarkment, it was a TOTAL pleasure. Princess Cruises outdoes all the rest. The service was absolutely outstanding. You won't have a care in the world. The entertainment was great!!! Movies Under The Stars always had something exciting showing for everyone (i.e., The Social Network, Burlesque, Casablanca, etc.). I've never seen first rate movies on any other cruise line. The food was scrumptous both in the Horizon Court and Dinning Rooms. I especially loved the Malt Shakes!!

It's wonderful, clean,appealing art work everywhere. At times we had the feeling we were the only ones on the ship

This is our 3rd visit on the Caribbean Princess and again the experience was excellent. They keep the ship in very good condition and especially the cleanliness of the staterooms and other areas. In this particular cruise, we sailed to different islands and enjoyed them very much, especially: Tortola, Antigua and St. Lucia. We enjoyed the islands, their local beer and especially the people. In our group of 14 family members, 3 were first time cruisers. They really enjoyed the experience.

We did this cruise before and the public areas were in need of some cleaning but there are great amenities, out door theater..sanctuary,international cafe & ice cream etc.
