An OK cruise

Sail Date: May 17, 2011

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

We have heard about Princess being the best for years, This was our first, and it was not any better than any of the other lines that I have cruised.

Pros: We stayed in the mid ship and that was great, much less movement

Cons: A large ship that you needed to wait in lines for a lot of things

Recommends Caribbean Princess? Yes!

Ship Quality
Too many people for me
Food and Dining
Food was OK, but nothing special.
Cabin / Stateroom
Stateroom was OK, balcony was large.
Entertainment
One of the comedians was great; others were average.
Service and Staff
Our stateroom person Nic, was wonderful, but he was the only one that ask our name or tried to make our stay more enjoyable. Even made us Swans on our anniversary.
Halifax, Nova Scotia
Weather is cold in May.
Sydney, Nova Scotia
Nothing to see
Newport, Rhode Island
Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island
Very pretty island, do it on your own.
Bar Harbor, Maine
Lobster is great, town is unique, but weather was freezing in May
Boston, Massachusetts
Did an overall tour, but it was rushed.
