A nice cruise but very busy, there’s not many sea days to relax. It hadn’t been to any of the stops apart for Quebec. It was nice to visit the other side of the country. Overall, we had a lovely time. I walked away with many memories. A great itinerary if you’re a history buff.
Embarkation

Quick and easy, we picked up our medallions at the port and I hadn’t realized I was platinum so we got access to that section to get on.

Food and Dining

The MDR was great as always and the buffet had a lot of variety. That being said, around day 8, the lunch buffet starts to get repetitive. There’s only so much reinventing they can do on a longer cruise. We ended up going to the buffet a couple of nights too. It was a great option for days where port stays were longer and we were tired.
Onboard Activities

The zumba was great on the few sea days and late port mornings. There’s always something going on but I found it lacked choices.
Entertainment

Not sure what went on here, we had very few stage shows. We got Brave which was amazing and another that I forget the name. It was very forgettable and the sound quality wasn’t great. It wasn’t at all the quality I was expecting. I was also expecting more production shows considering it was a 13 day cruise. In general, I find Princess shows not as great as other lines.
That being said, the performers they brought on board were great. I loved the musician and the even the stand up was better than expected over all.

I loved the colour scheme. The lido is so bright and airy. We always found somewhere to sit. Great shop overall.
Cabin / Stateroom

It was great, I love the princess layout for inside cabins. It always feels spacious.
Ship tip
Bring your own laundry pods for longer sailings, they charge 1,25$ for a pack.
The Brooklyn port is very chaotic and hard to leave. We were going to take the ferry but there line was long. I had booked a hop on/hop off on groupon to save a little money and that was a mistake. The cost ended up being similar due to the transportation to bus and we ended up staying waiting in line an hour to get on. We didn’t take the risk getting off because the line was always long at stops. It did give a nice overview of New York.
I feel in love with Boston and it’s history. We booked a hop on/hop off on groupon and then got off near the ship and just walked. It city is rich with history and the architecture is amazing.
We decided to go to the beach. Caught an uber from a tourist center and it didn’t take too long. It was a longer port day so we had time to get back for lunch after wards and still have time to explore the surroundings.
We were in no rush to get off and let the majority of people go first. The parking was a little chaotic at the port but we found our ride easily enough.
