The destinations were great the staff was great the boat was great the only downfall poor quality meats food during the dinner time and buffet on all 16 nights.

The only complaint is with the red meat selection on the Ledo and Main Dining Room, all the red meat options was really awful. The Prime Rib, Briskets, Skirt Steak, NY steak, Beef Wellington ect... were all of poor quality. The pastas were good and the desert were very good.

Not much going on probably due to the average age was probably 75. Not complaining gave more time to relax for the 16 nights.

The room Steward kept the room nice and clean never had an issue even if we needed something they were quick to respond.
Ship tip
If you're going on a cruise for a particular destination and another Cruise Line is available, I would book the other cruise line. Not impressed on any of their Prime rib, Beef Wellington, NY Steak, Brisket, Pan Fried Steak, Skirt Steak, ect ... on any of the 16th nights.

Yikes, I agree that beef is a super important part of my cruise experience. So sad that not one serving of beef in 16 days was decent. I assume you are comparing to other cruise lines and not fancy steak houses. I have been on several lines recently and was happy that most often the beef was decent with Princess having a slight edge. Don’t know what could have happened on your trip.
