Review summary

The first couple of nights at our assigned dining time were a nightmare. People waited upwards of an hour when they were supposed to have had a reservation. The service needs to move more quickly, and servers should not be scraping food waste! They need bussers to take care of that part, servers should be focused on getting food to the guests ASAP.

Everybody was wonderfully friendly even when they were obviously dealing with a lot of stress

The staff did a great job clearing tables and the ship was always very clean. There was some sewage issues so it smelled terrible in some areas.

Cabin / Stateroom

I had a handicap room, Baja 303. It was spacious and comfortable. It allowed us to have the extra space needed for handicap.

Ship tip

Double check all of your promotions before you leave because once you're on the ship, if you don't have evidence you will not get them! Also, you will want to avoid the extremely long wait just to speak with guest services!

They must get golf carts or something to get people from the cruise ship to the town! The walk is way too long for even a healthy person. Adding in the heat and humidity, I'm surprised people were not passing out!
