Medallion software needs more testing and lots of fixes. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t.
Something seemed “off” with staff - no energy. Just doing the job.

Late due to illness on previous cruise. Lots of notification. Fast once started.

Food was OK. Nothing outstanding. All food was served, even in buffet. Hard to get drinks in buffet as there was minimal staff available due to all the “serving”. Drink stations roped off, couldn’t grab a water or tea during the day. Had to wait in line to be served.

CDs staff did their job but lacked energy. Never seemed to connect with passengers.
