Other than great staff And the fact we got moved to a suite after 3 days of water leaking in our room and me complaining. The non stop Construction that vibrated our room and was so loud we could not even hear the tv and even water leaking in gushes on one of the main elevators this was not a relaxing trip at all. Better yet Princess just offered us 100 credit for each of us for a future trip. Not only did I tell them we are never cruising with them again they wouldn’t credit us for at least the 3 days we had water leaking in our room. How gross was it? They had the problem before because out of the ceiling they pulled out a beach towel that was black and soaking wet and stuck in there I assume to clean up the water From who knows when. Never again not worth the reputation I thought they once had. We went here based on what we had heard from others.

BiThey didn’t fix the problem I would bet it’s still leaking. I seriously would go on another boat or other line.

I think you got the rooms that another guest had complained about about a week ago... They did a lot of what you did and more. Saddly, they arrived at the same conclusion you have. It makes me wonder, I have already paid so I can't change. *non refundable. What room were you in?

Luana I always have trouble with Princess room keys. Found out it was the magnet clasp on my beach bag. I don’t have any trouble on other cruise lines x

The problem has been for months I was on in End of June I called and emailed princess a month before our cruise ship is only running on one propeller which in hallways to elevator have no air conditioning elevators you can smell sewage rooms with water leaking and sewage smell ship vibrating that at dinner your glasses shake. They told us not to think about it. It will go away. Also 3 nights in front of our 11 yr old grandson the asst matri di told us it was my husband feelings under the table that was causing the vibrating looking at his beautiful wife. Are you kidding me. The ship isn’t going into dry dock until March 2019 so these items will not get repaired until then
