Meeting places to go on excursion was not the best organized or maybe it was a lack of communications.

Food at the buffet was good and good selection, steak house was amazing, dinning room food was very good including the waiter and assistant (Crescendo Panjoja and Michael Arquelles) waiter which we requested to sit in their section 3 times.

Limited activities outside.
Used the spa facility for a massage: Identified 2 areas due to a previous accident, the massage therapist did not spend extra time on those areas and at the end tried to get me to schedule 1 or 2 more massage and a lot of emphasis selling her products.

Common areas were clean and well maintained, unfortunately it's not everyone (guests) that washed their hands after using the washrooms as well as using hand sanitizer.

Very comfortable bed, clean and refresh several times a day. Good job John.
Delays leaving because the staff seemed not too organized or lack of communications. Upon arrival at Dolphin Cover, overheard a new driver was called in because the first one was under the influence which encountered a delay of almost 30 minutes, just before we got to the stingrays encountered mechanical problems another delay. Experience with the dolphin was amazing. Pictures were extremely expensive. Departure from Dolphin Cove encountered another 30 minutes delay waiting for the bus, actually a smaller bus with folding seats.
Good tour, knowledgeable guide. Interesting individual stretch his short with one hand and the other hand playing or scratching his "package". Informed the guide who later approached the individual. Thank god for hand sanitizer.
Enjoyed visiting the green grotto, knowledge and entertaining guide.
Other guests participating in this excursion did not read that a lot of walking and lots of steps were part of that excursion, they complained all the way.
