Ship experiences

Food and Dining

International Café

The food in Horizon was terrible. The desserts and the fruit were excellent. The service was excellent.

Onboard Activities

Entertainment

1 out of 5
The only show worth seeing was the comedian who was funny and clean. The other shows did not even tempt me to see them.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our waiters in the Palm Dining room, Adrian and Alexe at table 119, were excellent and did their jobs commendably. They knew after the first night what we preferred to drink and knew just about what we would like to eat. I highly commend them for their service. The food in Crown Grill was excellent and the service great. The menu of food in Palm Dining room was very limited with fewer choices than I'm used to on other cruise lines.

Oli, our cabin steward was friendly and kept our cabin in pristine condition. He had ice in the frig each night so I could ice my bad knee. Oil did a great job.

Ship tip

Send your choices for food ahead of time.

Ports of call

George Town, Grand Cayman

Just got off the ship and shopped a little. Been there before.

Cartagena, Colombia

5 out of 5
Loved Cartagena, Columbia. The excursion was great and our tour guide did an excellent job. Loved visiting the emerald museum and being able to shop for emeralds.

Panama Canal (Cruise Into Canal)

5 out of 5
Passing thru the Panama Canal was spectacular. Very interesting and educational. The visitors center there was educational. Where we got off the tender was beautiful. The roads in Panama are awful. They need to take some of those millions they take in daily from ships using the canal and put it toward improving their roads.

Colon, Panama

2 out of 5
Probably the worst port I've ever visited.

Puerto Limon, Costa Rica

Falmouth, Jamaica

Beautiful port. We only got off to shop a little.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Smooth and well organized.
