Review summary
I had a really nice time. I had a lovely cabin with a balcony on the 14th floor, unfortunately the cabin next to mine and the two across the hall were all occupied by one family, which was probably requested and must have been nice for them, but I felt like I was in their living room. They were constantly in and out of each other's cabins, letting the doors slam at all hours of the day.
My second issue was that travel to the excursions took us through some really unpleasant sights namely rampant poverty. I understand that is just the socio-economic makeup of the countries we were in but it made a trip to the Mayan ruins a little less special when we had to pass shoeless children begging for money.
My third issue was room service. We ordered twice. The food was good, the service was good, but getting someone on the phone to actually take our order took over 10 minutes both ties. It was strange.
The trip was pretty nice otherwise.

I had a wonderful experience on my one and only Princess cruise. If it wasn't for the long line at embarkation, the cruise would have been perfect. I don't mind waiting my turn like everyone else but when the reps kept putting passengers from other lines at the had of our line, I got pretty annoyed. so much so that I have never sailed with the line again.
