Review summary

This ship was fantastic!! EQUAL TO A 5 STAR HOTEL. Room service left a bit to be desired-didn't get fruit bowl as requested on more than one occasion. I felt the room steward's quality of service (cleaning) wasn't as good as previous cruises-probably because of the automatic $11/day /person tip payment instituted. Conversely, dining room wait staff was PHENOMENAL!!

A beautiful setting!!!

Pros: Our dining room staff was supurb & the ship was like a 5 star hotel.

Cons: disembarking procedures-we were no longer the focus of staff attention

Recommends Caribbean Princess? Yes!
