Review summary

The cruise was great although the first few days were a bit choppy due to the storm. Nothing a couple of pills couldn’t fix. Food choices in the buffet could have been better but always had great food in the MDR’s and speciality restaurants. Entertainment was great although the resident band pulse had more nights off than on. The sunbed situation was what was expected, had to be up at silly o’clock to get a sunbed and people reserving them and leaving them for hours. Lots of tacky contests by the pools and the sort you would see at Butlins which is why I spent most sea days in the retreat or the serenity pool. Caribbean beautiful as I always remember them. All in all a great cruise and yes I would recommend Britannia

Ship tip

Britannia has the best atrium in my opinion and is bright and airy perfect for people watching. It’s a lovely ship with good open deck space and perfect for the sun
