Review summary
Great itinerary on this cruise, the good far outwayed the bad by a long way. Missed the Customer Service standards of RCCL. Would definitely consider again.Embarkation
Straight on buses from the plane, checked in at port. Onboard within just over an hour of landing.

Food and Dining
Horizon gets repetitive. Beach House outstanding. Meridian and Peninsular ok, Peninsular better of the 2. Did not do Epicurian or Oriental.

Entertainment
Some really good turns onboard. Vocal Extr3me, Josh Henderson, Yzzy (Paloma Faith) and last of all Jo Little, she might be small but what a voice. Not a bad comedienne either. Only joking. Headliner acts mostly good and Pulse really good.
Service and Staff
Cabin Steward Manoj took care of all our needs. Missed the towel characters. Staff in all restaurants and around the ship very friendly and always spoke. Would not recommend excursions on offer. They don’t know what customer service is. Arrogant. A lot of wait time on drinks especially around the pools even when you go for your own. Got the impression they may not be fully staffed as yet in some departments.
Ship Quality
Can take a while to get your bearings. Not all lifts get you to where you would like to be.
Cabin / Stateroom
Cabin a good size for 2, but did appear smaller than previous cabins on different ships.
Ship tip
On sea days, get your beds early. Beds reserved early and staff indifferent to moving anybody. There was a story going around of an incident when a member of staff did move some items. Cannot verify if true.

Ports of call
Valley Church Beach……. Stunning views unfortunately, we booked with P&O. Due to 2 other ships in port, the Beach was rammed, and some of the remaining beds offered, I wouldn’t let my dog lie on. Poorly organised, left within an hour.
Great day out with Papa Boat Tours. Booked up via email direct prior to sailing. They are located outside the Cruise Terminal building easily found. Full day Catamarran sail to the Pitons with several swim stops. Great Day.
Grand Anse Beach, a lot of rain experienced left early. Local Taxi with Richard, highly recommend him. Easily contacted to pick us back up earlier than arranged and very accommodating.
