The service was superb except for the Wi-Fi and that service is abysmal and too expensive - it should be free like other cruise companies are now providing. Because of the Wi-Fi or lack of it, I would be unable to recommend your company to anyone. Unfortunately I have already booked other cruises with P&O but I wish I had not (purely because of the Wi-Fi). Wi-Fi is so much a part of peoples lives now and this should be recognized by P&O. Would have been 5 stars if Wi-Fi had been provided for free.Embarkation
