Review summary

Overall we really enjoyed the cruise, but 5 trips in 5 days was very tiring.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Excellent even though embarcation was delayed due to Britannia being late arriving in Southampton.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Oriental restaurant was great cannot fault the service from waiters. Buffet food was good, but sometimes had difficulty finding a table that we could get to easily with a wheelchair.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Didnt do any of the activities so unble to give a proper rating.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Most of the entertainmment was fabtastic. Unfortunately we were unable to see anything in the LIVE BAR as due to having a wheelchair, unless we managed to get in there and wait for about an hour, we were unable to get seats.

Children's Programs

No childen

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Waiters were absolutely marvelous especially as we had wheelchair. They couldnt gave been more helpful or friendly. Cabin steward was vey pleasand and efficient.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Cleanlines was great. Some of the layout could be made easier as to get to deck 6 we had to go to dec 7 then walk right to the other end of the ship, then go to deck 6. With a wheelchair this could take quite a long time as lifts were, more than not full, so we sometimes had to wait about 10 mins for a lift with enough room.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Size of cabin was fine, but balcony was not very roomy.

Ports of call

Southampton (London), England Did not visit port

Skagen, Denmark

We didnt do an excursion here. We decided to walk into the town, which we were told was about 15/20 minutes. We walked for about 3 hours till we got to the main shops. (We did find Lidls which we went in to get some water) as we left we were all given a FREE Magnum which was very welcome.

Helsinki, Finland

We did a Panoramic tour, which we were not very impressed with as we couldnt get off the coach to take any photos, whereas our friends did an accessible tour and got off the mini bus 3 times for photos.

St. Petersburg, Russian Federation

5 out of 5
St petersburgh is a beatiful place, well worth visiting. We did an accessible tour with Liberty Tours. There were 2 wheelchairs and 3 able bodied people. Our guide ,Olga, was fantastic, she was very knowledgeable. She was very good with ushering people so that the 2 wheelchairs could get through to the front of things we were being shown. Would definitely recommend Liberty Tours for anyone with wheelchaird.

Tallinn, Estonia

4 out of 5
Was ok but very difficult with wheelchair due to the cobbles.

Stockholm, Sweden

4 out of 5
Did a hop on hop off bus trip, but was not very impressed, wish we had taken a P&O excursion.

Copenhagen, Denmark

5 out of 5
Lovely place, we did a 3 hour panoramic tour with 2 stops in the first hour, but no more during the rest of the tour.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Very easy disembarcation.
