Review summary
Overall a good holiday , lovely ship , clean ,good food ,good dining & cabin service.
Not so impressed with the evening entertainment , only 3 production shows ,which for 15 nights wasn't enough. A lot of individual performers were fair but not as good as I've experienced on other ships.
Evening activities seemed to clash with late dining , so we missed quiet a lot of the quizzes.
Gengeral pool staff uninterested .lots of glasses , towels ,plates left lying about into the evening around the pool area, very untidy .
Bought a soft drinks package ,only a choice of 4 drinks ,tonic, lemonade ,coke & Diet Coke.Unable to get Tonic at certain bars , if you purchase a drinks package you should be able to get all drinks at all the bars.
Soot on the chairs & deck areas at the back of the ship, resulting in dirty clothes that had to have special cleaning as a general wash wouldn't remove the marks.
Reception advised us to give to the cabin steward ,who would have the items cleaned with no charge.
Never say never , Britannia is a lovely ship ,but I do think something's need attention.
