Wait staff and excursion tour guides were amazing. My family created many memories on your cruise and they definitely helped.

We have been on several cruises. This cruise was not that exciting. The food wasn't that great. All the entertaining games ect happened in a very small space with limited seating. We were very turned off by the fact that all food shut down after 9pm unless you wanted to PAY for room service with an additional fee.

We traveled with 4 kids and they had a great time. The teen club kept the busy and gave my wife and I time to spend together.

We were very disappointed. We were given $200 when we boarded and then it never showed up on our account and they told us it that was from when we originally booked. Which is BS because we had the $100 per room on board credit from when we booked, this should have been additional. Why do you give somebody a coupon when they board if you've already been issued that credit? Doesn't make much sense. Royal Caribbean you need to fix your processes so people aren't confused. Your Royal Caribbean agent at embarkation told us this was an additional credit for us. You need to change your training program for your people Royal Caribbean

While we had a great time, I wouldn't go on this ship again or take Royal Caribbean again. We've been on RCCL a few other times, and it was all spectacular. This time the food was mediocre with a lot of carb-based dishes. The little bit my daughter and I drank, the drinks were watered down. At $13 a pop before gratuity, MAYBE there was a half shot of rum in each of our pina coladas. This is unacceptable. Even the iced tea was flavorless and very weak - this is usually not hard to make wrong.

Beautiful ship, wonderful service. Had time to simply sit back and enjoy the majesty of the ocean. Did not feel crowded at all. Yummy drinks and delicious food. Swimming with stingrays at Georgetown and going on a submarine at Cozumel were the absolute highlights, along with snorkeling in the crystal clear waters. Can't wait to plan another Caribbean cruise!

This was my first cruise and it was awesome! I had a great time with my wife and the staff (especially in the main dining room) were all very pleasant and polite. The all access tour was also great (mainly thanks to our guide -Nuno)! There were a few small issues, like people claiming poolside lounge chairs for the entire day but mostly being somewhere else, like eating or drinking at one of the bars, and rarely actually using the chairs! And little, to no, hot water in our shower. Overall, an excellent time! Definitely booking another cruise with Royal Carribean! Thanks everyone!

My all were all experience was great my husband and I were celebrating our honeymoon and the staff and the food and the entertainment and everything was wonderful. The only thing I would suggest to anyone traveling not only on this cruise but any cruise is to make sure at the end of your cruise to check your invoice and make sure that everything that is on the invoice has been tallied correctly and that you actually spent bit and that they’re charging it to the proper accounts.

Would recommend this cruise for others who want to be on a smaller ship with amazing staff.

I can't say enough about Royal Caribbean. We will never go on any other cruise line. Royal Caribbean makes each person feel special; the ships are immaculate, and the staff members are the friendliest and most helpful. Being older, we are not big fans of glitz and noise: RC ships are elegant, tranquil and beautiful. It's probably not for everyone, but it is perfect for us.

Excellent Overall Service. The food choices and service were excellent. Entertainment and on board activities were very fun, mini-golf, ping pong, shuffle board and pool. The gym and fitness center facilities are extensive and excellent as well.

The wait staff didn’t seem very happy. Two of the crew members were excellent Javon and Sencia. My backpack was lost and having to go correct the pic on my pass interrupted my trip. Other than that the cruise was definitely worth the discounted rate. The staff for the excursions to Xenses Park was wonderful.

Everything was good. We did have a water pipe burst and effected our room. They did give us another room to stay in for the night but it was even smaller than the one we were in and only had a small twin bed for my girlfriend and I to share. It was not acceptable, so they offered 20% off the next cruise.... I do not like that at all. Needed to be a better accommodations

Great but short cruise. Incredible number of activity choices during at sea days with lots of entertaining events at night. Embarkation and Disembarkation process incredibly efficient.

Had a great time! Snorkeling in Cozumel was such a fun day!

Long story short I got bit up by bedbugs the first night I was on the ship & got lied to plus I got proof to prove everything!!

The ship is clean and well maintained. The food in the main dining room was generally good and waiters were exceptional. The windjammer buffet food pretty repetitious from day to day. The entertainment was average. Ports of key west and Cozumel were both nice and the weather was great. Embarkation was a little disorganized. Disembarkation was easy and fast. Accessible cabin was large and clean. Overall a nice cruise.

Service lacked. Only one or two good experiences with the staff. Spa was dirty, services were disappointing. Beds were horribly uncomfortable Food was absolutely horrible.

Good cruise length. Our first cruise was a Disney cruise and we spent a lot of time comparing the two. Boat is outdated.

This cruise was wonderful! Great value for your money. Cruises are great for large groups because you can split up and participate in different activities. The food and service was wonderful!! This is a smaller ship, and there aren't as many amenities as on larger ships. I wish the shows were more kid friendly; they were geared more towards adults only.
