We loved our Baltic cruise and are super glad we were able to make it happen. So many highlights I have no idea where to begin.

Absolutely wonderful cruise, with top notch service from the crew. The only drawback is the uncomfortable mattress, which is important and needs to be addressed.

Overall Cruise was fantastic. Royal Caribbean could have done a better job by getting the chefs to work collaboratively with the serving team to understand customer dietary needs and preparing a simple menu in advance so we know what was being served, what we are consuming rather than being told some surprise. In some case we did not know what were the ingredients except kept hearing it is a surprise. Past cruise we had better experience with vegan food, chef knew what we needed and set a menu.

I would recommend this cruise to anyone. There was so much to do and we enjoyed all of it.

Nice ship although dated. Really enjoyed the itinerary although some ports were far from town and shuttle buses were expensive! Service was good all over the ship. BORING menu in the main dining room after the 1st few days. Very repetitive. Nothing special for formal nights. Would recommend happy hours and a dedicated water bottle filling station! TOO many emails prior to the cruise and TOO much paper during the cruise. Account information should be available on stateroom t.v.

Brilliance was a nice ship, with great staff. Everything is well done and organized from start to finish. I like that the captain talked to us from the bridge every day. Food, activities, staterooms, everything well done. I could have lived with only one port in Ireland. did a great job with helping me with my cruise planning. I called many times with questions, and Chris was always super nice and helpful.

After doing our first Transatlantic, we can see why many of our fellow travelers have done multiple cruises like this. Plenty to do and can adjust to time change gradually. Despite some entertainment that was not ideal, we would do a cruise like this again.

promised some compensation prior to sailing, to make up for issues, that did NOT happen. sent a cheep fruit and cheese dish to our cabin which we did not eat.

Do not buy the Key Program through Royal Caribbean. It was a waste of money and the crew said this ship doesn't really follow through with the Key Program.

was happy with everything on boat. was very unhappy with buggy/snorkel excursion. never told buggy was a stick shift. we only got 30 minutes to snorkel, as next stop was red flag. why didn't guides communicate with that stop that is was to rough. they should have taken us to another spot. we paid $70 each to snorkel for 30 minutes. guides were great

I would cruise again ,with Royal carribean but I will NOT be using cruise.com as booking agent

Very smooth sailing. Dining room and cabin staff were excellent. Very friendly and attentive. Loved everything about this cruise.

First time cruisers may enjoy this ship more that a seasoned cruiser. Read everything on your contract Drinks are overpriced, pkg for drinks is crazy. They make you buy two pkgs one for the other person in your room, even though they DONT drink! Two words for this entire cruise LACKS PIZAZZ!

Great cruise for three generations we all loved our family cruise

told me that was no formal night but there was so my wife and I did not bring clothes. To many young kids. Twice the pool was closed because kids threw up in the pool. Really need to do adult cruises or not allow kids in the main pools

Absolutely loved Brilliance of the Seas and I have already begun telling my cruise friends about the ship. I would love a repeat but not to those destinations.
