Bingo

Service and Staff

2 out of 5
Except for our room service… NOBODY wanted to or did address any of our issues!!

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
Very well maintained

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
The room attendant was awesome and the room was clean however the bed itself had a Grand Canyon on each side with a hill between us…

Ship tip

Until RCCL can address their issues I wouldn’t sail with them…. It probably would benefit you to book a Cruise with other cruise ships that are not RCCL or Owned by RCCL!

Would be nice if you were more specific before you trash the cruiseline.

Sad that you would cancel your loyal to royal status after 1 bad experience

New to 🚢, no explanations, although you claim numerous cruises?

It would be helpful to know what the issues were.

Thanks for the review. We’ve always had a great experience with Royal Caribbean. You did not list specifically what your issue was, but it sounds like you and the cruise line would both be better off if you move to a different line.
