Review summary

I think drink packages should be included in the cost of the rooms, what a pain to have to buy everything separate. And just when you think you have spent all the money you need to for the trip, entertainment cost more, internet cost more, it seemed like every where you turned it was more money.

Embarkation

3 out of 5
Very long lines - bring patience

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Seating was comfortable, food is all very buffet tasting. I wish they would treat the dinning more like a restaurant, drink order and them food order. Took to long to get drink.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
To many activities that should have been free cost money.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Low budget but entertaining

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
If the staff thought a tip would be given - you got great service

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Elevators were extremely slow

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Was disappointed that they wouldn't give me a coffee maker in my room. I had a balcony room, they said I had to have a suite or better to have a coffee maker.

Ship tip

Go go with the waves to Mexico so the ride was smooth, you go against the waves back NOT so smooth.

Ports of call

Cozumel, Mexico

3 out of 5

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
The Porter's / baggage staff was very pushy

I donโ€™t think you did much research before you took the cruise.

You could have ordered room service every morning and ordered a big pot of coffee. No charge. And cruising is probably not for you with all your complaints. Didnโ€™t you do any research on anything before you booked the cruise?

There are other options available for you. Cruising is definitely not one of them. Best of Luck!

It's called a business that's how they make a profit ๐Ÿ˜. You have a choice instead of complaining just don't buy anything ๐Ÿ˜ƒ oh well I guess you can't please everyone ๐Ÿ˜‰

We are not really drinkers and why should we pay for those that do in price of room?

I like that everything extra costs more. It keeps my cost down since we don't drink alot.

Exactly they would lose money if they did that

These things are known "BEFORE" you book a cruise! I think sodas should be included but definetly not alcohol!

If you want something more all inclusive, try Crystal, Symphony, Seabourn, Regent Seven Seas or Viking. Just be prepared to pay 3 - 5+ times what Royal Caribbean charges.
