Review summary

The cruise itself was wonderful.  Disappointments with the treatment of Diamond Level Elderly passengers.

Location of cabin was terrible.  Travelling with my 89 year-old Mother and we were the very last cabin down a long aisle.  They could not accommodate a room change even though we believe some passengers did leave their rooms and a cousin was given a room change as she arrived.  As a RC Diamond Level traveller it was disapointing.

Ship tip

The Brilliance staff were not able to sit us all together at dinner. As a Diamond Level, we had to ask for some of our perks and did not receive invitations to events.
