Review summary
cabin was nice and clean. everything worked great. Very nice cabin steward. Cruise cruises Director HelloClo was very good.
We found that the food in both the Windjammer and the Dining Room was highly variabile. Sometimes quite good, some time not good. ie. got duck in dining room, greasy, revolting. They didn't pierce the skin like you do cooking duck. One night escargot was excellent, 2 nights later, not even warm; appeared to be uncooked. WJ same some real good; some not. pretty every evening around 6 had the same singer in centrum who was louder than talented. on Ser different musician in that time slot. Had a real poor shore excusion in Reykavik. Guest services gave us $11 back of $47. whoopie! had to re-pay for a superb tour on hop/hop off we booked ourselves at dock $24. disembarkment was choas. We have disembarked with RCI 7 times before this. all real well organized, ran smooth. Cafe latitudes was excellent; very nice barristers, exc lattes.

Ship tip
I suggest the Serenenade of the Sea, Vision of the Sea, Independence, Legnd of the Sea all far better. The Brilliance will never us again.
