Review summary
The decor is very poor. Plastic plants are found in many areas. Ships lay out was poor. The food was not very good. Many meals were sent back to the kitchen. No hand cream in the cabins. Little personal touches are missing. Buffet is closed for several hours between meal times. You can't even get a roll if you are late getting up. They are highly interested in selling you excursions and additional cruises. No local ground transport info was offered. When arriving in Harwich no ground transport info was offered. They would be happy to sell you a ride on their bus into London.
The good.... The shows were excellent. The cruise director is amazing. Clodagh O'Connor aka Hello Clo, a lovely Irish lady, was wonderful at her job.
Your cabin is cleaned twice a day.
