Review summary

We loved the Brilliance, it is a first rate ship with a very happy, helpful staff. The entertainment was first class, and the ship is maintained in a wonderful shape.

we thing the food wait staff could improve. they often failed to provide excellant service, example, my wife recieved the wrong salad, three out of 8 nights. I didn';t get salad dressing 2 out of 6 nights. It's little things, but these are things the other thre ships I have cruised, took care of.

Entertainment was good but not outstanding.

I had two problems, one being an internet/work issue, the other was more personal, the staff was extraordinary insuring i was satisfied.
