Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Food was good. But it a great amount of variation in buffet. Main restaurant seemed very fish heavy could be more exciting. Stop using plastic straws.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Used the Terrace pool mostly as was warmest for first 10 days

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Enjoyed the comedians. Astonishing was fantastic but some of the other shows not so good catered for an older British audience

Children's Programs

Children stayed with me. Entertaining them selves

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Generally very good. Staff in malabar very good. Java not so. Why do the coffee bars staff all seem miserable. Ignored me in a wheelchair spoke to my wife. The waiters are attractive and helpful very good Cabin E108 steward excellent

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
The Azura is getting on and is ready for a refit looks a bit tatty. The lounge black chairs round the terrace pool where falling apart. The ship was kept clean. No through deck to the oriental up to 7 down to 6 difficult for the disabled waiting for the elevator. Maintained well enough

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
First time inside. A bit small the mirrors helped make it feel bigger. Bed was comfy adequate storage. The shower was a bit tight.(But then I’m a bit big). Kept clean had a good steward. You can loose track of time with no outside view
