The dining room was not large enough to take all passengers for the Christmas Eve Dinner. Those not able to book this were expected to dine in other eating venues with a cost picked up by the passenger!

Okay but staff at the coffee shop clearly had little in the way of customer service training.

We had a balcony cabin, it was very compact, shower was not well maintained, seals were coming away from the shower base.

Ship tip

Azamara Quest is not a luxury ship, do your homework first and then decide if it is for you. Lacks good service and up to date amenities. For the price it was certainly underwhelming.

The highlight of the trip was supposed to be the fireworks. The excursion was so bad the had to refund all those who went on it. For $750 each it should have been perfect but was far from it.
