A very comfortable ship, and cruise, with good entertainment, food and drink, and easy ports to enjoy. Luckily, even in the larger ports, we had limited giant ships in port with us, making for more comfortable port visits with reasonable tours and excursions offered.

I am a loyal Azamara cruiser but I was disappointed in the Onward. I would not book another cruise on the Onward in the near future. They need to get their act up to standards of other Azamara ships. They just need a little more time to do so. Also, in fairness, this was the first time Azamara sailed to the Caribbean.

and Katie Bentley, horrible service from her. This was third cruise using them. Will never use again. She is non responsive, attitude horrible and lied about us having transport after port change, and then ghosting us. Cost us $400. Horrible experience. Have tried to report this several times and can’t get to speak to anyone about her lack of service.

Due to the fear of getting COVID, many people stayed away which made our cruise very easy to manage. Only over 450 people onboard. Staff very happy to see us all. Ship need some more work and the food quality and choices could have been better. The ship is small but so was the cabin, very small. Spent a lot of time on the balcony...

Gorgeous weather (not provided by Azamara ) The ship had abut 500 passengers out of a potential capacity of 670. 500 was plenty. Ship felt crowded around pool and some other common areas. I tested positive for covid the day after disembarkation. I think heath protocols could be much more rigorous.

Onward isnt 100% ready yet, with doors falling of furniture, and a bit dirty and rusty. We had expected to book our next cruise while on board, but decided it best to pick another cruise line next time.

I felt that with covid and the precautions taken by the cruise line, that the cruise was very well done. The weather was great and the service and food were top rate.

We had a great Holiday cruise on the Onward. New Years Eve was the white party. So much fun.

We had the best vacation on Azamara!

Aside from a ship that wasn't ready to sail, the clientele were awful. Azamara attracts a very similar dynamic. All we heard was middle aged Caucasians bragging about how much money they had, how many Azamara cruises they had been on or how many properties they had. Awful. We actually met a few nice normal people but 80% were top trump cruisers. Azamaras response to our terrible first cruise with them was the biggest disappointment of all. Will never cruise with this company again.

It was a great itinerary on one of my favorite ships. We had plenty of time to explore the ports and the time on the ship was enjoyable.

captain screwed up the tenders in airlie beach and moolulaba…then forgot to fill up and nearly ran out gas ( hard to believe but true)

Rough seas, but lovely nonetheless! Captain Carl Smith was often seen about the ship and is well liked by both crew and guests!

This was the first of three cruises we’ve booked on small ship cruise lines to see how we would like it. All I can say is we loved this one. Very relaxing. Older crowd, but not exclusively. The ship had everything we needed, and none of the things we didn’t want (casino, art gallery, water slides, etc).

Just based on our one 12-trap cruise, I believe Azamara falls short of its goal of delivering a premium cruise experience. The ship, while refurbished, is old and lacks new technology like on-demand TV. The ship's public rooms look dated and old-fashioned. The food is plentiful; but, not extraordinary. In addition to the service level deficiencies, Azamara fell way short in terms of ethical billing and invoicing practices. They did, eventually, rectify all my billing concerns but only after I provided original source documents that demonstrated their errors.

It's worth the extra money.Not as pricey as some.Love the smaller ship feel.No children a big plus.Self service laundry very helpful.

First cruise ever. We are hooked on cruising now. Booked 5 more cruises while on this cruise.
