Review summary

A fabulous experience which has ticked off a bucket list item for us. An expensive holiday but worth every penny!

Embarkation

Embarkation at Civitavecchia (Rome) was no more than 10 minutes.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We were impressed with all food on the ship. The all inclusive alcoholic beverages were also great & we loved that the included wines on offer changed daily.

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
Didn't experience any as a port every day. (No N/A button available)

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Only issue we had was with one member of Security, all other staff were always happy, helpful & went above & beyond.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
An older ship but we found no faults. Little touches like usb charging points in cabins are a great useful feature.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Small but perfectly formed! No complaints at all.

Ship tip

Book the free (included) Azamazing Evening as it is an experience in itself!

Spent 1/2 day in Lucca which was new to us then 1/2 day in Livorno itself which we also enjoyed as we usually visit Florence & Pisa.

Sorrento, Italy

5 out of 5
A fantastic day visiting Pompeii & Positano plus a beautiful drive along the Amalfi coast.

Monte Carlo, Monaco

5 out of 5
The highlight & reason we booked the cruise: the ship was moored in the Bay of Monaco for the entire Formula 1 weekend fir which we had tickets & thoroughly enjoyed the racing as well as the amazing atmosphere.

Disembarkation

All of three minutes at Barcelona!
