RCCL needs to do something about the WIFI. It was practically non-existent. It should be free since 60-80% of the time you can't connect.

We had a great time and were so appreciative of the wonderful pampering. Remember to tip your staff!

As a new cruiser it would have been nice to get a little more information on the "extras" that the ship has to offer and a little more education on the dos and don'ts.

While we love cruising with Royal Caribbean this was not the best cruise. We had a party of 10 people. The dinner arrangements were made for 8 instead of10. The ship was full and the had to pull a table over to our table to make room for the remaining 2 people. NOT GOOD> The wifi was terrible, they had changed system on the ship. As a party of 10 we could not communicate. With engine trouble we missed our stop in Port Canaveral. The staff was excellent and very friendly.

A great ship with a great and friendly crew. Customer service was great with refunds on Voom WiFi, missing port and port fees etc.

the cruise was great,the food was excellent,plenty of activities,the shows were all entertaining and shopping & stores were plentiful,great selections and affordable.

As the title says "I had the Time of My Life" on this cruise. I went with my Best Friend and we both equally had so much fun. Thank you to all the staff, crew etc. You all work so hard and it really comes through. Joff, the Cruise Director, was an absolute goofball and we couldn't have loved him more. #everybodylovesmeerkats

A good cruise, but we prefer the Oasis of the Seas.

The ship is very clean and most of the staff were very friendly but not all. No medication to purchase on board not even a Tylenol, so bring with you. 4 days on a ship was bit much for us. Best days were off the ship. Food was not good Except breakfast. Paid almost $300 in gratuities without given a choice. Paid $300 for terrible Wi-Fi service as well due to no free Wi-Fi on ship and phone won’t work. Shows were amazing . Drinks were overpriced and drink packages were overpriced as well. Basically if it’s your first time like it was ours, I’d do more research. Could have definitely skipped Florida and spend 3 days in Bahamas instead of 2. Ship was very rocky entire time so leave your heels at home . It was an experience but I didn’t think I’ll do it again

We’ve cruised before and loved it but this time was an awful experience all around. The itinerary is not good, 2 ports with a 12 arrival shortens so much valuable time. Food was not good. Amenities weren’t available and just… not a good time

Spare your family this terrible vacation. Royal carribean is trying to make up lost profit and it shows.

We enjoyed ourselves and had a wonderful time meeting and talking to other people and staff.

Romantic and revitalizing. My only complaint is that there is always a line for Guest Services. They should have more staff available there.

Voom internet had its hiccups but worked enough to browse the internet most of the day if needed and the kids could still be occupied during down time. It's still a bit overpriced at $17 per day. Overall My wife and I absolutely love this ship and it's crew. Very satisfied with the whole experience. But it will be much better without kids next time...

The food in the main dining room was very good, particularly the appetizers. The entertainment was great. Cruise Director also very good.

This was a very relaxing, enjoyable cruise. The casino does have issues with way to much smoking! There is NO non smoking area. Food was excellent and service was also!

Wonderful itinerary loved the ports and the locals!
