My only gripe was the day I went to the casino. I won a few dollars and the machine somehow malfunctioned, luckily one of the attendees, Jesi who tried to rectify the situation but wasn't able to, so he called for his supervisor, Tummel, who came and asked Jesi was he sure I had won. Jesi old him yes he witnessed it himself. Tummel didn't want to honor this and give me my winnings. Instead he tried to give me a voucher which I declined and ask to speak to a higher up. That is when Adrian was called he apologized and then gave me my winnings. I was really upset and embarrassed because the whole ordeal lasted for about 20 minutes. I decided not to go to the casino for the rest of my stay.
